All content published within your website (text, images, videos, downloads, products, services) is entirely your responsibility. Altro.in is not responsible for any content you publish on your website.
We do not guarantee business profit, sales, traffic, or ranking improvements. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Altro.in is not responsible for temporary downtime or maintenance.
By using Altro.in services, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your website content and usage.
Altro.in takes your privacy seriously. We collect personal information only to provide our services and never share it with third parties.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We never sell your personal information to third-party marketing agencies. All financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Razorpay).
Due to the digital nature of our services (subdomain allocation and hosting setup), we maintain a strict refund policy.
Each plan is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to renew the service before expiry to avoid data loss. Services will be suspended immediately after the expiry date.
Users receive WordPress Admin Access only. Root server access, cPanel access, or FTP access is not provided in this entry-level plan.
Altro.in reserves the right to terminate services without notice if the website is found hosting prohibited content (Spam, Hacking tools, Adult content, or Copyrighted materials).
